Improving the Village Economy! Belong Village MSME Players Ready to Compete with Foreign MSME Players Through Digital Market
High competition in the business world has become commonplace in the current era. Era 4.0 is an era where the production aspect of the industry is through the fusion of digital technology. Discussing the business world to get attention and retain customers becomes a fierce competition. However, only some people in business are trying to understand this, especially those who still need to learn about the business world.
In this regard, the MBKM Membangun Desa KKN team of the State University of Malang held a marketing digitalization seminar to help MSME players market their products through the digital market. This activity is targeted at all residents of Belung Village but is more specialized for MSME players.

The marketing digitalization seminar was held on 21 May 2022 and was presented by Mr. Abdul Rahman Prasetyo, S.Pd., M.Pd. He is a lecturer in Fine Arts at the State University of Malang who has experience in digital marketing.
This marketing digitalization seminar activity coincides with the 2022 mini-festival of the Great Village. Raising the title “Scale MSME Turnover Through Digital Market Expansion” is expected to help MSME players in Belung Village in increasing the scale of sales turnover.
Starting with several stages of opening the event, such as remarks and the excellent festival competition. After that, the seminar began, moderated by Aqielah Bilqies, an MBKM student Building Villages State University of Malang.
The event went smoothly and successfully. We discussed which shopping platform is suitable for several types of goods sold. How the challenges faced in the digital market.
Ending with questions and answers, it was seen that the participants’ enthusiasm to want to know more was high. From the seminar activities that have been held, it is hoped that they will be able to help the people of Belung Village, especially MSME players, in doing business, and are also expected to be able to improve their economy for MSME players and be able to compete with foreign MSME players.
