New Management Training for HMD German Literature 2021

HMJ German Literature 2021

 The new management of HMD Sastra Jerman’s training activities are routine activities held every year. The activity was held for two days, on February 7 and 27, 2021. Unlike previous years, this year’s training activities were conducted online through Zoom meetings due to Indonesia’s high spread of the COVID-19 virus. The main purpose of the training activities is to introduce how to organize and cultivate the leadership spirit in each student. 

     The new management of HMD Sastra Jerman 2021 is required to participate in training activities carried out for two days. Even though it is carried out online, a series of training activities are arranged with continuous activities. The first day’s activities were filled with sharing experiences with the decisions and providing material about administration. The material presented is very relevant and light enough to understand. After the implementation of the first training day, the new administrators were divided into several groups where they were tasked with making proposals for activities. The existence of this task can be used as a fundamental step what will be done when involved in an organization. Training activities are also fully supported by the Supervisor, Head of Department, and Wakil Dekan  III.
