STAY CREATIVE DURING PANDEMIC, HMJ LITERATURE GERMANY UM HAS A DRAMA COLLABORATION PERFORMANCE

The Student Association of the German Literature Department (HMJ) of the Faculty of Letters, Malang State University (UM) successfully held an annual collaboration performance event entitled Picking Up the Wounds of the Past that Didn’t Pass at the Drama Laboratory of the Faculty of Letters, Friday (26/3/2021).

The German Literature Department Student Association (HMJ) Faculty of Letters, Malang State University (UM) successfully held an annual collaboration performance entitled ‘Picking Up the Wounds of the Past that Never Passed’ at the Drama Laboratory, Faculty of Letters, Friday (26/3/2021).The collaboration performance event held with the health protocol was one of the work programs owned by the German Literature HMJ and culminated the extra activities at the German Literature HMJ. This event was attended and opened by the Head of the Department of German Literature UM, Edy Hidayat.

Mr. Edy gave his appreciation and enthusiasm to all the committee and players who have tried and sacrificed for the implementation of this event, as well as advised that students can learn to develop their innovations and creations through this activity. “I hope students can learn a lot through activities like this,” said Edy. The Secretary of the Department of German Literature at UM, Dewi Kartika Ardiyani, also appreciated and appealed to all participants who were present not to linger at the staging location. “Congratulations, you have successfully held this collaboration stage. Hopefully, this will be the beginning that gives positive energy for future activities. Everyone will go home immediately after this event is over, yes, “added Dewi. Dewi said the students used the drama stage to show their talents and preserve cultural heritage. “Young people must continue to be encouraged to stay creative during the pandemic,” he concluded. The event, which lasted about 60 minutes, was a form of self-exploration by continuing to innovate to convey the message of goodness in different ways.
