The Fine Arts Education Study (Prodi) at the State University of Malang (UM) collaborates with the Imade Gayem Ubud Gallery in order to support the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and Independent Learning on Independent Campuses (MBKM). This collaboration exploration activity was carried out on Wednesday, July 26 2024 at Art Kenyem, Imade Kenyem Art Gallery at Jalan Rurung Dauh Studio No. 123 Sayan, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency, Bali.

This collaboration was attended by a delegation from the UM Fine Arts Education Study Program, from the Imade Gayem Ubud Gallery, gallery owners, and other gallery staff. In his speech, he said that this collaboration was a strategic step to improve the quality of fine arts education in the UM Fine Arts Education Study Program. This collaboration will provide an opportunity for our students to learn directly from professional artists at the Imade Gayem Ubud Gallery.

The gallery owner welcomed this collaboration and expressed his readiness to provide various training and workshops to students of the UM Fine Arts Education Study Program. They hope that this collaboration can help UM Fine Arts Education Study Program students to develop their talents and potential.

The exploration of this collaboration covers several areas, including: Student art exhibition, Fine arts workshop, Fine arts practicum, Guest lecture, Scientific publication. Both parties agreed to follow up on exploring this collaboration immediately. It is hoped that this collaboration can make a positive contribution to the progress of fine arts education in Indonesia.
