Kominfo Class For Improving the Quality of Students Through Cross-disciplinary Studies
The Student Association of the Department of German Literature, State University of Malang or abbreviated as HMD German Literature UM, organized a workshop activity, namely Kominfo class. This activity is one of the work programs of HMD German Literature. This Kominfo class was held on May 6, 2023, in Hall B3, 2nd floor. This workshop activity, attended by all Malang State University (UM) students, aims to help Malang State University students improve and develop their abilities in terms of Public Speaking, Graphic Design, and Backstage Management Speaking. Thus, students can get a decent job when they graduate.
Kominfo class is a workshop activity that will discuss Public Speaking, the development of science and technology, and also the delivery of material about Lighting operation, which can be attended by students of the State University of Malang.
After the presentation of the material by one of the students majoring in German Literature, a question and answer session was opened, and the participants actively asked about the workshop material this time. Not only the participants but also the lecturers actively asked questions. One of the interesting questions about this workshop was, “What are the small mistakes that have a big impact when Public Speaking ?”. Of course, the mistake can start from the lack of preparation because the lack of preparation at the beginning will lead to various ongoing problems, such as the delivery of material that is felt to ‘fail.’
