The goal of redesigning Dir Donuts & Cakes’ Instagram is to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer interaction, with the aim of boosting sales. This redesign also seeks to support innovation in promoting local products and open more growth opportunities for small businesses, aligning with Sustainable Development Goals for Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure.

Redesigning Dir Donuts & Cakes’ Instagram as a Sales Growth Effort In today’s digital era, Instagram has become a leading platform for helping small and medium businesses reach a broader audience. Dir Donuts & Cakes, a local culinary business based in Bangil, Pasuruan, has used Instagram as its primary marketing tool. However, optimizing content and using features more effectively is essential to maximizing sales potential.

Through the Instagram redesign, Dir Donuts & Cakes not only refreshes its visual look but also improves communication strategy by incorporating compelling visual content and strong narratives. This redesign includes leveraging interactive features like Stories, Highlights, and Reels to attract new customers while retaining loyal ones. With a fresh design and content strategy more focused on customer needs, the goal is to increase interaction and engagement.
