Akang Sablon, a UKM specializing in t-shirt screen printing during the COVID-19 pandemic, is experiencing sluggishness due to the minimal number of orders. The child, who is also a student of UM Education Management, is also unable to move his business as expected. As a result, Abang Sablon is suspended and unable to compete. Based on discussions with the child, it was finally discovered that the main problem of Akang Sablon was competitiveness. Akang Sablon’s products have no specificity, the screen printing could be of better quality, and the shirt fabric could be better because the buyer’s budget determines it. Based on these problems, the service team consisting of Dr. Azizatuz Zahro, S.Pd, M.Pd, Andika Bagus N.R.P, S.Pd, M.Pd, Dra. Hj. E.W. Suprihatin D.P., M.Pd, Mochammad Zidan Ramadhan, and Nanda Laily Qomariyah provided the first solution for developing Kakang Sablon by branding their products with Kediri flavors, such as local plant varieties typical of Kediri, mango podding, purple pineapple which can only be found in Kediri. Second, strengthening the competence of human resources is carried out by providing assistance and training on screen printing designs and techniques. Third, it is done by providing raw materials so Akang Sablon can produce without waiting for orders. The fourth solution is an adaptation to new marketing models in the industrial revolution era and efforts to strengthen the networks they must master. For product digitization, mastery of E-commerce and the creation of networks, including the Tourism and Culture Office of Kediri Regency, must be carried out.

Business license arrangements are also carried out so UKM Akang Sablon can freely carry out business activities and promotions through social media. The business license also begins with the determination of the name of the UKM, which is also a product brand. The name chosen is Jayati Clothes. Jayati is the motto of Kediri in the past which means Jaya. This name change was made with aesthetic considerations, suitability with the type and branding of the product, and the broader market.
