In an effort to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), one important focus is reducing inequality. Inequality in access and quality of education is a global challenge that must be overcome to achieve social and economic equality. The activity “Reflection on the End of the Academic Year for the 3rd Generation Driving School Program” is one of the initiatives that seeks to reduce inequality through improving the quality of education. Inequalities in education often arise from differences in resources, quality of teaching, and learning opportunities. The Mobilizing Schools Program is designed to address this problem by providing training and professional development for educators, as well as supporting schools in raising their educational standards.

In this reflection activity, a comprehensive evaluation of the learning process during one school year will be carried out to identify areas that need improvement and further development. With Mrs. Dr. Wida Rahayuningtyas, S.Pd, M.Pd, from Malang State University as facilitator, this activity will provide guidance and support for educators in implementing best practices in teaching. Through reflection and constructive feedback, educators can improve their competence and apply more effective strategies in the learning process. This not only improves the quality of education in driving schools but also contributes to reducing disparities between schools. Apart from that, this activity encourages collaboration and synergy between various stakeholders in the world of education, including educators, facilitators and the government.

This collaboration is important to create an inclusive and sustainable learning environment, where every student has the same opportunity to receive quality education. Thus, through improving the quality of education and strengthening partnerships, this reflection activity contributes significantly to reducing inequality in education as well as to reducing inequality and ensuring that every individual, regardless of background, has equal access to quality educational opportunities.
