The activity “End of Academic Year Reflection for the 3rd Generation Driving School Program” which was held from 28 to 30 June 2024 at SMP Negeri 1 Ponorogo is one of the concrete efforts to support Quality Education. Through this activity, Mrs. Dr. Wida Rahayuningtyas, S.Pd, M.Pd from the Department of Art and Design, State University of Malang acts as a facilitator who directs the process of reflection and evaluation of education in schools. The role of the facilitator is very crucial in improving the quality of education. They help teachers identify challenges faced during the learning process, and find innovative and effective solutions.

In this way, the quality of learning in schools can continue to be improved. This activity is not only limited to evaluation, but is also an opportunity to develop the capacity of facilitators so that they are better prepared to face the ever-developing dynamics of education. This activity contributes to improving the quality of education in several ways. First, through a comprehensive evaluation, facilitators and teachers can understand the strengths and weaknesses in implementing existing learning methods. Second, this activity encourages the professional development of facilitators, so that they can provide better guidance to teachers in the field. Third, by building a collaborative network between schools and facilitators, a more collaborative and supportive learning environment is created.

It is hoped that the results of this activity can be applied directly in the learning process at school, so as to improve student learning outcomes. In addition, developing more effective and innovative learning strategies can help students get quality education. Overall, the “End of Academic Year Reflection on the 3rd Generation School Program” activity is a real step in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. By developing the capacity of facilitators, it is hoped that the quality of learning in schools will increase, so that every child gets a decent and quality education.
