Ngabubuart 2 at Dragonball – March 28, 2024: Creativity and Togetherness in Breaking the Fast
On March 28, 2024, Dragonball will host the “Ngabubuart 2” event, an iftar activity that not only offers the warmth of togetherness, but also focuses on purpose, the goal being to strengthen togetherness through breaking the fast together and improving the mental health and well-being of participants through positive social interactions and creative activities. The event was designed to create a positive and supportive environment for mental health through social interaction and fun activities.
Mental health and well-being are important aspects of human life, especially in the month of Ramadan when Muslims fast. Ngabubuart 2 provides an opportunity for the community to break their fast together in an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness. This activity can help reduce stress and anxiety that often arise due to the daily grind, as well as strengthen social relationships among participants.
This breakfasting event will be complemented by a tying workshop, where participants can learn to make rings, bracelets and necklaces. Weaving is not only fun but also has therapeutic benefits that can improve mental health. Creative activities like these can help participants to relax, improve concentration, and provide a positive feeling of accomplishment.
Through Ngabubuart 2, we hope to make a real contribution. By creating a positive and supportive environment, we believe that participants’ mental health and well-being can be improved. The togetherness of breaking the fast, combined with creative activities and entertainment, is an effective way to build a healthy and harmonious community. We invite everyone to join and benefit from this event.
