LLT (Legato Leadership Training) 2023

HMD English Literature conducted Legato Leadership Training activities or abbreviated as LLT. The activity was carried out by students of the English Department, with the implementation of activities in the form of Space Training and Nature Training. Space Training was held on January 28-29. Then Nature Training was held on February 4-5. This activity aims to find Department Student Association administrators who are ready, sincere, and responsible for preparing and implementing the vision and mission of HMD and the Faculty of Letters. As well as providing experience for LLT 2023 participants, which can be used as provisions in organizing, and increasing the spirit of togetherness and brotherhood between LEGATO members and the State University of Malang Literature Ormawa.

This activity is prepared to equip participants in organizational life to realize one aspect of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely, to improve the quality of education. The quality of education developed in this LLT is a non-formal education that discusses “Organizational Professionalism.” LLT is also an open recruitment activity for English Department students to join the management of the English Department Student Association “Legato.” Legato Leadership Training activities were held in the AVA Hall of the Faculty of Letters, Sasana Krida Courtyard, and Stage C9.

Space Training activities are carried out hybrid for participants using Zoom media, while the committee is located in the AVA Hall of the Faculty of Letters. Meanwhile, the Space Training was carried out offline, which took place on the Sasana Krida Yard.
