MANTAN (Musyawarah Anggota Tahunan/Annual Member Conference) is an organized activity by HMD German Literature. This activity was carried out on February 25, 2023, to create better organizational changes and discuss and determine the AD / ART HMJ German Literature. This activity was held in the AVA Hall of the Faculty of Letters and Coban Putri, Batu. 

MANTAN (Musyawarah Anggota Tahunan/Annual Member Conference) activities are formal organizational forums to discuss specific issues, such as the articles of association and bylaws, to produce decisions in the form of HMD German Literature work guidelines which will become explicit provisions and guidelines. The decisions of this deliberation will bind all components of the organization as long as no changes have been made so that they can be implemented in the following management period.

This MANTAN (Musyawarah Anggota Tahunan/Annual Member Conference) activity was held offline and went well. This activity also resulted in good decisions for the German Literature HMD guidelines that will be implemented in the current and subsequent periods.
