SDG 4: Quality Education
On March 1, 2024, SAC German Corner hosted an enriching “Deutsch Club” class on the 8th floor of GKB 20, Universitas Negeri Malang. This program, specifically tailored for beginners, centered around the theme “sich vorstellen,” or introducing oneself in German. This “Deutsch Club” class is part of SAC German Corner’s broader mission to promote multilingual proficiency and cultural understanding among students. By offering a beginner-friendly environment, the program encourages students to take their first steps in learning German, fostering an inclusive community of language learners.
The session was led by Sandra Imaniar HS, an undergraduate student majoring in German Language Education at Universitas Negeri Malang. Sandra’s expertise and enthusiasm provided participants with a robust foundation in basic German language skills, focusing on practical and conversational aspects essential for beginners. Her engaging teaching methods included interactive activities and real-life scenarios, making the learning process both enjoyable and effective.
This initiative underscores Universitas Negeri Malang’s commitment to quality education by providing diverse linguistic opportunities and enhancing students’ global competencies. Through such innovative and accessible programs, SAC German Corner continues to pave the way for students to expand their language skills, opening doors to new cultural and academic opportunities.
