The purpose of this business risk management training is to empower students with essential skills that drive sustainable economic growth and promote decent work, This activity took place at Graha Rektorat, 9th Floor, Universitas Negeri Malang, on Thursday, September 1, 2024, this event was attended by a student from the Dance and Music Education program. This training provides practical knowledge on managing business risks in the creative industry, ensuring long-term career sustainability, and contributing to broader economic stability.

This training aims to equip students with strategies to anticipate and mitigate risks such as market fluctuations, financial challenges, and operational uncertainty. Thus, participants are encouraged to develop strong business practices that not only ensure the success of their artistic careers but also contribute to local and national economic growth. This session emphasizes the importance of building resilient creative companies that offer stable and decent employment opportunities while promoting fair wages and sustainable development.
