Morning exercise is one of the key elements in the HMD SEDESA AD/ART and Transparency event with the main aim of improving health and strengthening relationships between members. This activity is not just physical exercise, but also an opportunity to start the day with positive energy and high spirits. Through simple movements such as stretching, light aerobics, and deep breathing, participants can increase blood circulation, improve body balance, and reduce stress and anxiety levels. In the context of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 3 which emphasizes “Good Health and Well-being”, this morning’s exercise activity has a significant impact. SDG 3 encourages universal access to quality health services and the promotion of healthy lifestyles for all individuals. By involving members in morning exercise activities, HMD SEDESA not only pays attention to physical health aspects, but also supports the mental health and general well-being of its members.
Apart from direct health benefits, morning exercise also plays an important role in strengthening social relationships and collaboration among members. This activity creates a relaxed but productive atmosphere outside the meeting room or other formal activities. Through the interactions that occur during exercise sessions, HMD SEDESA members can get to know each other better, build trust, and increase cooperation in carrying out organizational tasks. Overall, morning exercise in the context of the AD/ART and HMD SEDESA Transparency event is not only part of the health and welfare agenda, but also an investment in building a healthy, active and mutually supportive community. By strengthening the health of its members and increasing connectedness between them, HMD SEDESA contributes to creating a positive and sustainable environment for all its members.
