In developing student learning resources, they adapt the development steps developed by Borg & Gall with limitations. The implementation of the development steps is adjusted to the development needs. The four development phases are as follows; the data collection stage is carried out to determine the condition for learning resources to accompany student learning in the field. The data collection stage utilizes field studies on the needs of accountable student learning resources; The planning stage begins with preparing a website-based student learning resource development team. Then the development team determines the website design. After the website design is selected, the content mapping is carried out; The product development stage begins with collecting referral sources, managing referral sources, and finally publishing on the myoiaa website. The materials are in the form of e-books and other digital sources; and Websites that have been produced, then evaluated. The structure of evaluation of the development of this website’s platform or product is validation. Validation is carried out in 3 stages. Phase I of Black Box testing concludes the functional requirements in the needs analysis. Phase II is Alpha Testing or validation by media experts. Through this stage, product feasibility data and advice from experts are obtained. Then is the Beta test, a direct product test to the user (User) in this study, 10 Autistic Students at the Extraordinary School of Autism Laboratory, State University of Malang.
