On March 16, 2024, Legato Charity, in collaboration with Legato Study Club, organized a social activity themed “Sharing Care and Knowledge” at the Ulul Albab Orphanage Foundation. This activity is a form of Legato’s commitment to support sustainable development goals by sharing happiness during the holy month of Ramadan.
In this activity, the Legato Charity and Legato Study Club teams focused on providing direct assistance and education to create a safe and supportive environment for the children at the orphanage. We recognize the importance of access to equal opportunities as the foundation for building a just and peaceful society.
The agenda started with a counseling session all the orphanage children attended. Next, the Legato Study Club team conducted an interactive activity designed to improve the children’s happiness and relationships. Then, the activities continued with iftar and maghrib prayers together.
In addition, Legato Charity handed over donations of daily necessities such as food, clothing, and stationery. We also provide toys that can help them learn in a more fun and effective way.
This whole series of activities aims to give the children at the Ulul Albab Orphanage Foundation a better chance to thrive in a positive and loving environment. By promoting the values of peace and justice, we hope to inspire them to become the next generation who can create positive changes in society.
This Legato Charity X Legato Study Club activity is a tangible manifestation of our commitment to supporting the achievement of the SDGs, especially goal 16, with the hope that the small steps we take today will have a significant impact in the future.
