HMD ARABIC LITERATURE ORGANIZES SERVICE IN KHAIMAH ARABIYYAH

Khidmah Ijtima’iyyah lil Ummah (HAMAMAH) is one of the programs of the Arabic Literature Department Student Association (HMD) in the field of Public Relations for the 2022 period. This activity aims to instill a sense of concern for Arabic Language Students and community members in general, improve the quality of human resources for the nation’s children, and work together to build villages. This activity implements our love and devotion as sons of the Indonesian government, especially in Dsn Krajan 001/001, Ds. Ringinsari, Kec Sumbermanjing Wetan, Kab. Malang.

Most people in Krajan 001/001, Ringinsari village, Sumbermanjing Wetan sub-district, Malang district work as farmers. Although the income from these farmers is sufficient, it is not a guarantee of a steady income for every family, especially during this pandemic. Therefore, we held this Khidmah Ijtima’iyyah lil Ummah as an opportunity to channel empathy and sympathy and spread the enthusiasm of young people during the pandemic, of course, by fulfilling health protocols.

Khidmah Ijtima’iyyah lil Ummah (HAMAMAH) is one of the programs of the Arabic Literature Department Student Association (HMD) in the field of Public Relations for the 2022 period. The purpose of organizing this Khidmah Ijtima’iyyah lil Ummah activity is to establish ukhuwah, solidarity, and social spirit between students and the community, instill confidence of care and sensitivity in social life, develop religious values and creativity in the community, especially to the younger generation, channel donations from various parties, and implement community service.

The benefits of Khidmah Ijtima’iyyah lil Ummah (HAMAMAH) that we do in the form of community service will have a positive impact on society, whether it has a direct effect or not, large or small, many or few. Community service can be something valuable for the community itself. As students, we should spread positive things to society. The Khidmah Ijtima’iyyah lil Ummah (HAMAMAH) activity, which carries the theme “Sowing Devotion, Building the Country in the Eastern Corner of the Bahari Earth,” was held on July 1-3, 2022, the implementation system was carried out offline. This activity was attended by all students of the 2021 Arabic Language Department, State University of Malang.

This activity consists of several events, including community service by distributing necessities to needy residents, conducting a book bazaar, and conducting healthy gymnastics. Then, the following occurrence is related to education: holding hamamah reciting and teaching and holding competitions between TPQ. The last event form is related to religion, namely the grand tabligh by, inviting several speakers.

The results of the implementation of Khidmah Ijtima’iyyah lil Ummah (HAMAMAH) 2022 are by the benefits that have been described. The committee can devote themselves to the local community with various service forms. Of course, there will be many benefits for the community and the committee. That way, this activity is a provision for the committee to establish relationships, enrich new experiences and insights, and foster social sensitivity.
