LODK is an opinion and dialogue competition to the library which is to accommodate and aspire students’ abilities in giving written and oral opinions on the theme of the library which is the work program of the Student Association. Department of Indonesian Literature, State University of Malang. The implementation of the competition activity was from June 13, when the participants’ opinions were processed until July 15, the library dialogue was carried out through the network (Via Zoom). The purpose of this activity itself is to organize education and learning in library science that is centered on students, to train and inspire students’ abilities in written and oral critical opinions, and the last is to improve the ability of the younger generation, especially students, in expressing ideas and ideas through opinion writing.
The Library Contest and Dialogue were carried out to accommodate and aspire the opinions of the participants, both oral and written, with the theme “Post Pandemic Library Transformation”. The pickle itself consists of an opinion competition and discussions or dialogues to the library which are conducted online. Participants register as well as collect opinion manuscripts through the form, after which the judging and determination of the champions, and 15 selected people are entitled to take part in a dialogue event to the library to argue and express opinions verbally. Of the 15 people divided into 3 members (5 groups) there are lighters and moderators. The dialogue is carried out with 5 sessions, each group will have 1 opinion and the group responding or giving comments/suggestions has a different topic within the same topic.

In the delivery of opinion in session 4 with “Library Mobility as a vehicle for community empowerment (public welfare through the library)” there are presenters giving their material and participants from session 4 giving opinions on the theme and other groups can provide feedback, opinions or suggestions related to the opinions of the 4th session group.
