Department of Arabic Literature, Faculty of Literature, State University of Malang Held Halal bi Halal as a Means to Strengthen Relationships Between Colleagues

DEPARTMENT OF ARABIC LITERATURE UM

In commemoration of Eid Al-Fitr 1442 H, the Department of Arabic Literature UM held a virtual halal bihalal via Zoom which was attended by lecturers, students and alumni. This event was held on Monday (17/05) starting at 19.00-21.30 WIB. This halal bihalal event was opened by Faizul Ismani and Nuriyatul Hidayah as MCs.

There are seven core events in the JSA UM halal bihalal, the first is the opening, followed by the reading of the holy verses of the Qur’an by Achmad Fauzan. Then it was continued with a joint prayer for the lecturers and colleagues of JSA UM who had passed away to Rahmatullah which was brought by Ust. Dr. Achmad Munjih Nasih M.Pd as the leader or guide for reading Yasiin’s letter, Ust. Dr. Moh. Khusairi M.Pd as the leader or guide for reading tahlil, and Ust. Prof. Dr. Nurul Murtadho, M.Pd as the prayer leader. The next event was the remarks from the chairman of the JSA alumni by Ustadzah Dr. Nurhidayati, M.Pd. The highlight of this event was the delivery of halal bihalal wisdom by Ust. Faris Khoirul Anam, Lc., M.H.I.

“Among the signs of a worship that has been accepted by Allah SWT, when the worship invites the performer to perform other acts of worship and obedience.” said Ust. Faris Khoirul Anam, Lc., M.H.I in his lecture entitled Commitment and Muslim Mental “Ramadan Bachelor”. After delivering the wisdom of halal bihalal, the event was enlivened by the delivery of Eid rhymes by several lecturers and alumni of JSA UM. The virtual halal bihalal event for the JSA UM extended family was closed with a joint prayer led by Ust. Prof. Drs. Muhaiban.
