On September 13-14, 2024, the English Department Student Association of State University of Malang will hold *LEGATO Motivation and Development Session*, an event that aims to motivate and develop students’ skills in academic and professional contexts. This activity will be filled with various training sessions, seminars, and workshops designed to improve individual abilities and facilitate personal and professional growth.

LEGATO Motivation and Development Session focuses on the 4th Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) goal of “Quality Education”. SDGs 4 aims to ensure inclusive, equitable and quality education and enhance lifelong learning opportunities for all. The event is designed to support these goals by providing a platform for students to develop new skills, broaden their horizons, and gain motivation to reach their full potential.

During the two-day event, participants will take part in training sessions from experts in the field, group discussions, and activities that support the development of soft and hard skills. This activity aims to improve the quality of education and provide the necessary tools for success in the academic and professional world.

By attending the *LEGATO Motivation and Development Session*, it is expected that students will be better prepared to face future challenges, have broader horizons, and acquire skills that can support their personal and professional development, in line with the achievement of SDGs 4.
